Storage Instructions
We recommend you feed our air-dried food before the printed best before date and within 8 weeks of opening the package; however, these dates are intended as guidelines. If the product is not stored in its sealed bag, it can be exposed to air and/or moisture which could cause the food to become dry and brittle, or could create the potential for mould to grow; either of these would be an indicator that the food has not been stored properly and should no longer be consumed by your pet.

Returns
The inventory is constantly changing and we cannot completely manage it because many stakeholders are involved, including our factory and warehouse. Stocks can be changed at any moment. It is possible that inventory could run out once your order has been processed.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. We will not replace or refund your purchase if it has been 30 days since you purchased it.
Your item should be in its original packaging and not be used. The item should be returned in its original packaging.
