When insects are fed a high-quality diet, their own nutritional value significantly increases, meaning they become a much more beneficial food source for lizards, snakes, turtles, and frogs.

Insect Food provides high levels of protein, along with the vitamins and minerals necessary for optimum nutrition.

This unique food is the only extruded food made for insects, ensuring that it is the most palatable and easily digested food available.

Insects such as crickets, mealworms, cockroaches, and woodies are commonly fed in the diet of reptiles. Wild insects have a naturally diverse diet, however, insects bred commercially may lack important nutrients such as calcium and vitamins, due to a less diverse diet than those raised in their natural environment.

Extrusion cooking helps to improve the nutrient absorption and palatability of the product. Recommended for crickets, mealworms, woodies, cockroaches, and any other insects.

Directions:

Provide Insect Food freely to insect colonies as the primary food source.

For mealworms, add approx. 1g (1 rounded scoop) of Insect Food per 100g of bran substrate.

Store below 30°C (room temperature), out of direct sunlight.
