• This nutritionally balanced dairy supplement contains a unique ‘milk oil’ made up of medium-chain fatty acids, with added vitamins, minerals and essential fatty acids (omega 3 & 6).
• These help sterilise the gut from pathogens and prevent digestive upset. This formula is also very high in solids with elevated levels of protein and fat, and the energy content is very high, which meets the nutritional needs of young kits, assisting them to grow into healthy and strong rabbits.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Milk from a kit’s mother is best, which is why Petsbuddy® recommends commencing the formulated rabbit replacement after initially feeding the mother’s milk. Combine 5g (1 level scoop of powder) of PetsBuddy®
FORMULATED RABBIT REPLACEMENT with 15ml of warm pre-boiled safe drinking water, to achieve a total volume of 17ml. Kits only need to be fed twice a day (morning & evening). Consistent weight gain is an indication of good health. Weigh kits regularly to verify growth rate and determine feed volumes.

Overfeeding can cause diarrhoea, so feed the suggested amounts in the feeding guide, remembering give only half the Total Feed/Day (ml) at each feed, as 2 feeds per day are advised. Kits should begin to show interest in solid food at around 15 days of age.

Initially establish young rabbits on hay, grass and green leafy vegetables. Continue to increase solids and reduce milk intake until they are fully weaned at around 5 to 6 weeks.
